Sr. Salesforce Developer

5+ years of Salesforce development experience Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar) Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.) Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.) Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies Good written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher) Located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica (citizen, resident, or valid work visa) Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection

Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools. Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.). Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions. Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and help drive technical best practices.
