Demonstrated experience creating instructional materials, curriculum, or training content for adult learners Ability to translate narrative or conceptual content into structured learning materials Excellent writing and editing skills for sensitive, relational, or emotionally complex content Experience designing facilitator-led or experiential learning resources Familiarity with accessibility principles Proficiency in Google Slides Significant experience in behavioral health, mental health, public health, social work, trauma-informed practice, or a related field Strong organizational skills Willingness to learn the GPS model and apply its principles Ability to design learning materials that function effectively within an LMS (LearnWorlds) Familiarity with asynchronous and hybrid learning approaches Ability to interview subject-matter experts and propose learning structures Competence in turning a high-level concept into a complete learning asset
