Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partner Relations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required. Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems preferred. Bilingual communication (English–Spanish strongly preferred).
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners. Conduct strategic check-ins to identify operational and growth opportunities. Gather feedback to drive service improvements. Conduct onboarding calls for new partners. Be a proactive point of contact for partners, resolving inquiries and challenges. Own the resolution of complaints and escalations. Act as the central liaison between Dispatch and partners. Generate and analyze weekly performance reports and KPIs. Prepare partner performance summaries for leadership. Monitor and update orders in Zoho CRM. Prepare invoices and coordinate with the billing team.
