5+ years of experience in public cloud, Kubernetes, GitOps 5+ years of experience in observability through logs, metrics and tracing 5+ years of experience in Infrastucture-as-Code, Terraform, Helm Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell) Experience in tech startups or any similarly agile and fast-paced environment Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment Doer mindset Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback User-centricity Comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content

Interacting with engineers to provide infrastructure support Manage, monitor and scale our existing services Provision infrastructure and platform services through Infrastructure-as-Code, code reviews and testing
