Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for various roles (associate to executive). Extensive experience hiring and building high-performing engineering teams across Europe. Up-to-date with AI innovations in talent acquisition and integration into hiring workflows. Structured approach and essential use of metrics for streamlining processes. Familiarity with tracking recruiting activities and working in an OKRs environment. Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and solid knowledge of sourcing techniques. Enthusiasm for candidate experience and knowledge of best approaches. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Work as an independent recruiting expert on roles across various levels. Collaborate with talented recruiters to share knowledge and improve strategies. Coordinate kick-off meetings with leaders, decide on search strategy, conduct interviews, and drive data-driven decision-making. Ensure a first-class candidate experience with timely feedback and transparent communication. Strengthen the company's candidate experience. Address hiring biases to achieve a competency-based hiring process. Support or lead HR projects like hiring events and interview trainings.
