Clinical Field Specialist, CT Applications

Expert knowledge of cardiac CT. Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience. Associate degree in radiology, technology or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must have active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology. Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in building relationships.

Assess customer lifecycle and optimize coronary CT programs. Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for quality acceptance rates. Ensure continuous optimization of Heartflow product usage by customers. Conduct virtual and/or live training for technologists. Establish credibility and strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Maintain proper records and documentation in Heartflow systems. Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions. Maintain knowledge of CT and Workstation technology innovations. Build and execute plans to optimize customer performance. Take periodic on-call responsibilities.
