Functional Consultant

Experience working with cloud-based / SaaS systems. Background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, Purchase-to-Pay, or similar finance-related workflows. Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical work style. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes. Experience in consulting, finance, or accounting roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or similar field. Fluency in English (mandatory for customer-facing interactions). Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O, NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3 (nice-to-have). Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools (nice-to-have).

Work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and help them optimize financial workflows through the spend-management platform. Analyze customer data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance automation and process efficiency. Configure system modules based on best practices and project needs. Educate customers on newly released features and explain their business impact. Support testing cycles, user adoption, and go-live phases. Collaborate with a global Professional Services team (consultants, PMs, solution experts). Manage multiple tasks in parallel with strong ownership and organizational skills.
