Solution Architect

At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role within a Series A or Series B stage company. 2 years of experience in a company pre-product-market-fit. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or a related role. 8+ years of professional experience with technical or consulting companies. Excellent communication skills. Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics workflows, and modeling frameworks. Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and delivery. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scoping loosely defined problems.

Accelerate sales qualified leads to contracting. Own and execute the process to develop scopes of work (SOWs). Partner closely with leadership to understand customer needs and product roadmap. Translate customer needs into clear, actionable proposals and statements of work. Lead discovery sessions with sales qualified leads (SQLs). Architect solutions aligning Epistemix's capabilities with client use cases. Act as a subject matter expert on Epistemix’s data platform and modeling tools. Ensure seamless handoffs from pre-sales to delivery teams.
