Requirements:
1+ year experience working with Private Entrepreneurs (PE) in accounting, economics, or finance Understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation (especially for PE Group 3) Experience interacting with government services/institutions Ability to work with banking systems and financial documents Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables) English sufficient for internal communication (minimum B2)
Responsibilities:
Support registration of new Private Entrepreneurs (PEs) Assist with opening bank accounts for PEs Prepare and submit tax reports for PEs Process tax payments, compensations, and insurance contributions Consult on opening accounts in payment systems Interact with government institutions Prepare contracts and invoices Consult team members on PE-related matters Manage and improve the monthly payroll process
