1+ year of commercial experience in L&D. Strong structure and ability to create logical, effective learning solutions. Experience working with LMS platforms and modern learning tools. Ability to keep participants engaged and motivated. Readiness to deliver high-quality work even at a fast pace. Positivity, openness to new things, and a strong team mindset. English — B2+.
Responsibilities:
Identify team learning needs. Develop structured learning programs in the LMS. Deliver trainings, workshops, and online sessions. Measure training effectiveness. Plan the training calendar and coordinate resources. Monitor L&D trends and introduce innovative approaches. Prepare recommendations for improving training programs.
