Requirements:
3-5 years experience in IT, SaaS, or Outstaffing sales History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines Ability to work creatively with various obstacles and come up with solutions Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills (Advanced English) Experience specifically within the Outstaffing/Staff Augmentation industry (Desirable) Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (Desirable) Experience with Google Suite and Jira (Desirable)
Responsibilities:
Work out leads selection criteria and client portrait (ICP) Build and manage leads generation channels Generate leads, have initial calls with interested leads, hold product demos and presentations, and establish new accounts Maintain leads and accounts tracking and management process (follow-up, status updates, reporting) Keep management informed of all activities by submitting activity and results reports Keep business development plans up-to-date and manage the timeline Identify new markets and business opportunities, propose sales plans and campaigns Recommend changes in existing sales channels to raise sales efficiency Train and mentor BDRs (Business Development Representatives)
