3-5 years experience in IT, SaaS, or Outstaffing sales History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines Ability to work creatively with various obstacles and come up with solutions Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills (Advanced English) Experience specifically within the Outstaffing/Staff Augmentation industry (Desirable) Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (Desirable) Experience with Google Suite and Jira (Desirable)
