Requirements:
3+ years overall experience working with Destination Marketing Organizations Understanding of digital advertising Previous sales experience preferred Proficiency in standard business and sales software (Salesforce, Gsuite & Office products) is preferred but not required Ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross functional teams Knowledge and understanding of DMO insights, analytics, and funding models is a plus Communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Responsibilities:
Increase participation in Sojern’s Co-Op programs Engage and prospect potential program participants Advise participants on campaign strategies Cultivate and manage relationships with DMO partners Deliver compelling presentations and participate in public speaking engagements Collaborate with Destination Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing teams Utilize Salesforce to report on KPIs Identify and make recommendations for improvements around the Sales process
