Requirements:
2 or more years experience as a broker, trader or portfolio manager in the energy, commodity or finance industry. Proficient in German and English. Thrives by pushing boundaries and enjoys challenging the status quo to succeed. Likes to be challenged by the traders and the job, and has a thirst for learning. Hands on: independent, entrepreneurial, and result oriented. Likes ownership and knows how to be a ferocious self-starter and a great team player.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with traders in Germany to define success and help them maximize value through the enmacc platform. Proactively increase the number of traders in Germany by pitching and demoing the enmacc platform. Increase trading volume by effectively managing and growing existing client relationships. Contribute to the development of new features and products needed for success by working closely with the Product department. Tackle ad-hoc marketplace management activities and enquiries from traders. Cooperate with Account Management & Marketing teams to encourage user activities in the marketplace.
