6–12 years of SaaS experience in professional services or client-facing roles. Proven experience in Field Service Management. Experience in high-growth startups with evolving product roadmaps (preferred). Creative problem-solving skills. Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents. Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and databases. Working knowledge of data models, JavaScript, and JSON. Exceptional communication skills in English.
