Responsibilities:
Source and recruit construction trades and vendors across various US markets Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential vendors daily Build and maintain a database of approved vendors Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements Maintain ongoing vendor relationships and perform periodic check-ins Support operations with vendor availability, updates, and reporting Research new markets, trades, and vendor opportunities as required
