Staff Engineer, Service Framework

Experience working on distributed systems, API design, and concurrency Extensive JVM experience Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages (Java/Ruby/Go/C++/etc.) Experienced in architectural patterns of high-scale distributed products/services Experience or desire to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Build test frameworks to improve confidence in rolling out large runtime changes Partner with performance team to improve cost efficiency Modernize monorepo with latest 3rd party languages and libraries Shape technical strategy to improve core metrics (Developer Experience, Developer Velocity, Debuggability, Resilience and Reliability) Partner with engineering leaders for adoption of new capabilities Act as a player/coach to ensure code quality, craft commitment, and operational excellence
