Requirements:
0-2 years' experience in business development or execution role (fresh graduates welcome). In-person sales execution experience. Autonomous and result driven. Native level Korean communication skills. Intermediate English communication skills. Basic computer skills. Analysis skills desired. Analytical and proven track record in using data. Intellectual curiosity. Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (minimum 10 meaningful conversations per day). Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change. Able to support the Korean market and follow Korean business hours & public holidays. Driver’s license with good driving skills and a clean record.
Responsibilities:
Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities. Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage online registration completion. Monitor partner performance and support action plans for improvement. Support identification of supply and promotion needs. Communicate efficiently with partners via various methods. Train and inform partners on technologies, tools, and models. Maintain accurate partner information and support reporting. Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results, and track progress.
