Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. At least 4 years’ experience in a financial analyst role. Active Secret Clearance. Advanced knowledge of Excel (data tables, pivot tables, complex financial functions, graphics). Strong communication skills and ability to brief executives verbally and in writing. Excellent writing skills. Ability to work independently in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain multi-year program and project budgets. Manage budget planning and execution for personnel and non-personnel resources. Manage procurement requests. Develop key metrics for tracking and forecasting budget planning and execution. Utilize intermediate Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting. Assist with design of Power BI interface for data visualization and reporting. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within the agency. Coordinate with and provide oversight of major IT modernization programs. Conduct budget oversight and financial analysis. Lead financial related meetings and activities. Develop reports in MS-PowerPoint to brief executive leadership. Support other Project Management activities, as needed.
