Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Build dashboards and translate complex data into actionable insights. Map and review business processes, highlighting bottlenecks and recommending improvements. Support the implementation of new systems and workflows. Work alongside the Head of Operations on strategic projects. Track progress, coordinate teams, and create detailed documentation for processes and systems.
