Senior IT Engineer

Proven hands-on experience managing and improving core IT infrastructure – Okta, MDMs, Google, Slack, and other SaaS platforms. Strong track record of leading technical projects end-to-end. Proficient with modern tools and technologies that enhance IT operations (e.g., AI and automation tools, scripting, cloud services). Solid scripting or programming skills (Python or similar), especially for integrating systems via APIs.

Design, implement, and maintain core IT infrastructure systems. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives. Evaluate, select, and apply appropriate technologies. Own technical documentation, change management processes, and rollout planning. Continuously monitor and improve the IT environment.
