Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in Software Development, with at least 2 years in AI/ML engineering. Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems. Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, orchestration). Experience with vector databases and semantic search (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.). Experience implementing RAG architectures and evaluation for LLM systems. Background in building and managing data pipelines for AI/ML systems. Strong Python programming skills, including FastAPI and asynchronous programming. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in database management, data wrangling, and distributed systems. Solid foundation in algorithm design, statistics, and data science. Previous experience promoting and advocating for technology adoption.
Responsibilities:
Design and build AI solutions (LLMs and modern ML) for business problems. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features. Develop and optimize LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, chatbots, document understanding). Participate in the design and management of data pipelines. Develop and deploy AI solutions into cloud infrastructure. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities. Identify and prioritize areas where AI can add value. Educate and guide stakeholders on AI applications.
