8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences

Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences from concept to dev hand-off Independently lead design projects across all stages Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data and metrics Proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders Champion and mentor design best practices Propose and implement design process improvements
