Identify and execute cost-optimization opportunities. Drive margin improvement through operational efficiency and marketplace performance. Support revenue growth by aligning operational strategy with business development objectives. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute company-wide operational strategies. Translate strategic goals into measurable operational plans and milestones. Analyze performance KPIs across departments to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Provide weekly operational health summaries and quarterly leadership performance reviews. Lead, develop, and mentor department heads, managers, and operational staff. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development across all operational teams. Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements. Use data and analytics to guide decisions, improve capacity management, and enhance service consistency.
