Senior Data Analyst

5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a high-growth or complex product environment. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker, including complex queries, data modeling, and dashboard building. Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics and financial logic to non-technical audiences. Ability to take initiative, ownership, and work independently from concept to delivery. High attention to detail, particularly with reconciliation, financial logic, metric definitions, and QA. Experience working with stakeholders in Finance (FP&A, Accounting, Payments, Revenue Ops). Experience with GitHub/version control.

Partner with Finance and Payments teams to build, refine, and maintain metrics, models, and dashboards for financial reporting. Own end-to-end analysis from business questions to SQL/dbt models to Looker dashboards and insight sharing. Develop and optimize Looker dashboards for financial planning, revenue analysis, cost insights, and transaction reporting. Maintain and evolve core financial data models in dbt. Troubleshoot data quality issues, validate calculations, and ensure trusted, reconciled datasets. Work with ambiguous requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Support data architecture modernization with best practices in modeling, documentation, QA, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional partners when financial data intersects.
