Requirements:
Native-level proficiency in Italian. Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English. Ability to work full time, from 9 AM to 5 PM, PST. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas. Good general communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to meet deadlines. Responsible, reliable, and communicative. Must successfully pass a client exam and interview. A personal laptop/desktop to access RWS systems. Familiarity with the Appen Annotation Platform (ADAP) and machine learning principles (preferred). Experience in a professional work environment (preferred). Previous experience with data annotation tasks (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines. Perform basic research for accurate annotation. Provide feedback on observed data patterns and contribute to process improvement. Maintain high attention to detail and quality. Continuously learn and adapt, providing feedback and asking questions. Collaborate closely with RWS Project Managers and client stakeholders.
