Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager

Licensed CPA (Philippines) 5+ years of accounting experience Prior experience supporting US-based companies strongly preferred Familiarity with e-commerce accounting (payment processors, chargebacks, inventory, COGS) Experience with sales tax compliance and multi-state/international filings a plus Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit preparation Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Available to work during US business hours (EST overlap required)

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Schedule and execute vendor payments Manage credit card payments Audit and process payroll Process influencer and contractor payments Process manual refunds Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and inventory Perform daily cash reconciliation Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations Reconcile ad spend against invoices Reconcile inventory stock reports Create Amazon and marketplace sales journal entries Handle sales tax filing and compliance Register for sales tax in new nexus states Coordinate with external tax partners Provide audit support and documentation Execute month-end and year-end close processes Maintain records in QuickBooks and Fulfil.io Review G&A expenses and departmental allocation Document and improve finance SOPs Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis
