Active engagement within a large, established, diverse network of relationships across social impact and philanthropy. Comfort with weekly travel.
Responsibilities:
Develop lifecycle strategies for key network relationships. Drive product-led growth initiatives. Create strategic partnerships with industry players. Design and support relationship-building campaigns. Establish and track KPIs for network growth and revenue. Manage a development pipeline for earned revenue. Recruit, develop, and mentor the Growth Team. Collaborate with executive leadership on growth priorities. Stay informed about social impact trends and technologies. Represent the organization externally as a thought leader.
