10+ years of business experience building and deploying machine learning models Advanced formal training in a quantitative field (MS or PhD) 5+ years of experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments Expert knowledge of Python or R and SQL 7+ years building and deploying supervised and unsupervised machine learning models Experience with AWS technical stack and deploying models via API (Lambda, SageMaker) or containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hive, Hadoop, EMR, or similar) Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and model calibration techniques

Design, build, and deploy production machine learning models and pipelines end-to-end Lead technical innovation across the data science organization Develop financial models using alternative data sources Build behavioral models to uncover patterns Perform rigorous model calibration, validation, and monitoring Create clear visualizations and dashboards Serve as a technical mentor
