Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial Operations. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and commitment to data hygiene. Proven ownership of pipeline accuracy and deal administration. Understanding of GTM data architecture, including funnel metrics, lead tracking, attribution, and data governance. Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Responsibilities:
Optimize and manage CRM for pipeline accuracy and commercial data. Improve workflows and implement automation to reduce manual work and errors. Drive deal reviews with visibility on status, risks, and next steps. Qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery calls and demos, and route opportunities. Oversee invoicing, payment follow-up, scheduling, and contract administration.
