Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial Operations. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and commitment to data hygiene. Proven ownership of pipeline accuracy and deal administration. Understanding of GTM data architecture, including funnel metrics, lead tracking, attribution, and data governance. Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
