Completed degree in Communication, Language, Media, or comparable education 6-8 years experience in Concept & Copy, ideally in digital or agency Excellent conceptual skills in campaign development, leitmotifs, storylines, and digital mechanics Ability to structure complex brand and product messages for digital touchpoints Deep social media competence, understanding trends, content formats, and platform logic Understanding of retailer communication and cross-channel thinking Openness to integrate and develop AI tools in creative work Excellent command of language, style, and precision in various tonalities Very good German and good English skills
