Requirements:
At least 4 years of professional experience in an agency or similarly dynamic, creative environment Passion for the development of digital first campaigns with a good feel for the possibilities of different platforms Ability to address diverse target groups with relevant, platform-appropriate content Openness and enthusiasm for the specific characteristics of the dm brand Curiosity and willingness to learn, trying out and creatively using new tools, formats, and technologies Proactive mindset, conceptual thinking, and solution-oriented action Confidence in the development, visualization, and presentation of ideas Fluent German language skills are required Good English language skills are an advantage
Responsibilities:
Development of digital first campaigns and creative concepts for dm-drogerie markt Design of integrated communication ideas for existing dm channels (online and offline) Creative idea generation and further development in Digital Campaigning, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing and eCommerce Impulse generation and moderation of creative processes in the team Leveraging insights from target group and market analyses for creative concepts Taking over content leadership in projects and active participation in client consulting Identifying relevant digital trends, formats, and technologies and their creative application for the dm brand Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams Responsibility for creative projects from initial idea to go-live
