Product Manager Spain (m/f/d) Automation and Fleet

3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner with a track record of improving operations through automation. Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON data structures. Experience designing and scaling workflows on platforms like n8n, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar integration tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro. Comfortable working in agile environments using scrum methodology.

Drive automation strategy by designing and optimizing scalable workflows. Collaborate with engineering, operations, data, and other stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate implementation, and deliver automated solutions. Analyze existing processes end-to-end, staying current with automation capabilities and API integration trends. Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and iterate on logic to improve reliability and speed. Maintain strong standards for logic stability, error handling, documentation, and quality assurance.
