Product Manager Spain (m/f/d) Automation and Fleet

3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner with a track record of improving operations through better process and workflow automation Understand API integrations, webhooks, and JSON data structures Experience designing and scaling workflows on platforms like n8n, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar integration tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro Comfortable working in agile environments using scrum methodology

Drive automation strategy by designing and optimizing scalable workflows Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, data, and other key stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate implementation, and deliver seamless automated solutions Analyze existing processes end-to-end, staying current with low-code/no-code tools, emerging automation capabilities, and API integration trends Monitor workflow performance, use execution data and stakeholder feedback to identify bottlenecks, and iterate on logic Maintain strong standards for logic stability, robust error handling, documentation, and quality assurance
