Communicate with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) Provide accurate information and solutions regarding accounts, payments and related services Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their concerns and act promptly to resolve issues Accurately update customer data in the system while handling confidential information responsibly Multitask across systems and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate cases when appropriate Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying common issues and suggesting process enhancements
