Digital Forensics & Incident Response Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven hands-on experience in digital forensics and incident response. Strong understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity concepts. Familiarity with incident response frameworks, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in scripting languages for automating incident response tasks (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Perl, Ruby). Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, and Mac OS X operating systems. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Perform real-time monitoring of security events and incidents. Analyze logs and data to mitigate risks. Respond to security incidents including malware infections, data breaches, insider threats, and network intrusions. Conduct digital forensics investigations to collect and analyze digital evidence. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident response. Stay current with threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends. Create reports on incident response activities, findings, and recommendations.
