Requirements:

3+ years of ecommerce experience. Strong expertise with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Commerce Manager. Strong analytics skills (GA4 required). Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo). High attention to detail and fast execution speed. Proactive, organized, and comfortable with agile workflows.

Responsibilities:

Manage Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email marketing performance. Own CRO initiatives, A/B testing, analytics, and performance dashboards. Manage Shopify apps and AfterShip. Own TikTok Shop, including catalog, SEO, UGC, affiliates, promos, thumbnails, and tagging. Manage Meta Shops (feed, error resolution, IG Shop collections, commerce compliance). Own email campaigns and flows. Build landing pages via Canva. Conduct weekly QA on listings, tags, and images. Collaborate on SEO, promotions, merchandising, and bundles.
