Requirements:
8+ years of experience in developing/implementing on the ServiceNow platform, including CSM/HRSD/ITAM and Custom Applications 5+ years experience working in software development involving ServiceNow CSM/HRSD/ITAM products Minimum of 3 years experience in an architect role Strong experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems Experience working with risk or compliance teams, tools, practices Experience working with customers to understand business problems and translate to technical requirements, design, build, test, demo, and train Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and build out of core ServiceNow functionality Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes) Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience
Responsibilities:
Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather systems requirements for CSM/HRSD/ITAM Develop and implement CSM/HRSD/ITAM programs, policies, and control frameworks Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on ServiceNow platform issues Define, design, and develop CSM/HRSD/ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems Collaborate with stakeholders & end users to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions Participate in platform upgrades, clone, patching, and performance optimization initiatives Promote update sets and data across applicable SN environments Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and configuration Align with existing SN technical lead for map/event work Document technical solutions, workflows, and issue resolutions
