Requirements:
7+ years experience in operations, business operations, project management, Chief of Staff, or other coordination-heavy roles Experience working in crypto, DeFi, blockchain, or other fast-paced tech startups Exposure to fund operations, investment management, or financial services Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across teams Experience implementing and improving processes and systems Excellent communication skills - clear, concise, and proactive Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive momentum Proven track record supporting senior leadership and executive teams Passionate about the space, and familiarity with the culture and dynamics of the industry
