Requirements:
5+ years of full stack development experience using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React/Node.js). Minimum 2 years of blockchain development experience, including smart contracts in Solidity or equivalent. Strong backend skills including API design, database management, and distributed architectures. Proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar frameworks). Experience integrating on-chain and off-chain systems and understanding blockchain fundamentals such as staking, consensus, and RPC interactions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environment with end-to-end ownership. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications including backend services, APIs, and web front-ends such as dashboards and tools. Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts, ensuring seamless on-chain and off-chain integration. Implement blockchain-integrated workflows including staking, consensus mechanisms, verification, and data pipelines. Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across all applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, system design, and best practices. Maintain code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
