Requirements:
4+ years of SEO experience, preferably within a digital agency environment. In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building. Familiarity with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Google Search Console. Experience with website analytics tools: Google Analytics. Strong command of AI-driven SEO tools and trends. Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving organic traffic. Experience with content management systems (WordPress/Drupal) and HTML/CSS. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with APIs, Python (for SEO automation), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) are bonus skills. Core Tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager. AI & Automation Tools: ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, Frase, ContentKing, Sitebulb.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple client accounts. Conduct client audits, define KPIs, and deliver measurable growth. Stay ahead of Google updates and AI-driven ranking factors. Translate technical findings into actionable insights for clients. Research and prepare SEO plans, project results, and share recommendations. Conduct deep keyword, entity, and topical research. Identify content gaps and map keywords to user intent. Benchmark competitors’ organic and SERP strategies. Prepare content briefs and collaborate with writers for SEO-first content. Use AI and NLP tools to enhance relevance and readability. Ensure pages meet EEAT standards. Optimize metadata, headings, schema, and internal linking structures. Audit and enhance content for featured snippets and visual search. Perform advanced technical SEO audits. Address site speed, crawlability, and indexation issues. Work closely with developers on SEO best practices. Implement structured data and Core Web Vitals improvements. Develop and execute ethical link acquisition strategies. Build relationships with publishers for collaboration. Manage AI-assisted outreach for link building. Track backlinks and maintain a healthy link profile. Measure and report on SEO KPIs using various tools. Create insightful dashboards and reports. Use AI and automation to streamline processes.
