Applications QA Engineer 3 (Salesforce) Remote, EMEA Shift

Minimum 5 years of experience in application QA/testing At least 2 years in QA leadership Strong expertise in manual and automated testing Experience in enterprise-level functional testing Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Provar Ability to design, plan, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans Strong communication, accountability, and cross-team collaboration skills Proven ability to drive results, support team goals, and mentor junior engineers Willingness to work an EMEA shift (4 PM – 1 AM)

Lead QA activities across major projects, ensuring robust manual and automated test coverage. Organize and oversee regression testing, manage reporting, and ensure quality standards. Drive innovation in testing practices and support proof-of-concept work for new automation technologies. Mentor junior QA engineers, providing coaching and supporting their development. Conduct and participate in bug reviews, metric evaluations, and technical design discussions. Coordinate testing efforts with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Contribute to automation framework architecture and ensure continuous process improvement. Provide occasional out-of-hours support for incident handling.
