Sr. Project Manager

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 5–10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client-facing roles. 2–5 years of direct project or program management experience. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Smartsheet and Jira. PMP certification is preferred. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Lead client-facing and internal projects. Develop and maintain project plans using Smartsheet and Jira. Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes. Drive projects contributing to client health and cost savings.
