Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, external consultants, and stakeholder relationships. Advanced knowledge of land-use planning, zoning, and permitting processes. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience reviewing technical reports, coordinating site walks, and recommending actionable next steps. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects across various stages of development. Willingness to travel (~30%) for project meetings, public hearings, and company events.
