Requirements:
Proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Ability to run DU, LP and GUS. Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS. Strong understanding of TRID guidelines. At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish). Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Review loan files for completeness. Communicate with borrowers regarding conditions. Address and manage underwriting conditions. Handle redisclosures. Attend weekly pipeline calls. Collaborate with Underwriting and Management. Order appraisal revisions and interact with title companies. Address QC conditions. Coordinate with Funding for Closing Disclosure.
