Solid experience with digital PR (Trustpilot, Sitejabber), SEO, and search visibility strategies. Strong understanding of online communities like Reddit, Quora, and vertical-specific forums.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and influence brand presentation in AI-generated search results. Improve reputation across authoritative platforms referenced by LLMs. Design strategies for leveraging Reddit and Quora for sentiment shaping and traffic generation. Collaborate with AI/SEO specialists for reputation signal indexing. Analyze reputation and community management impact on business KPIs. Develop company-wide playbooks for reputation and review management. Partner with Customer Support to process user feedback. Lead SERM efforts to improve branded search visibility. Build and test hypotheses to optimize SERM performance. Analyze customer pain points and translate into actionable hypotheses. Contribute to SEO and PR initiatives with content tied to review strategy. Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Social Media, PR, Marketing, and Product teams. Establish analytics-based systems to monitor, report, and mitigate reputation risks.
