Requirements:

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Experience testing web applications. Ability to reproduce complex issues consistently. Excellent written communication for writing fault reports and PR notes. Understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce environments. Comfortable working across both Backend and Frontend behaviours. Interest in automated testing. Familiarity with GitHub workflows (labels, milestones, PR reviews).

Responsibilities:

Take escalated support tickets that 1st-line support can’t solve. Reproduce issues reliably in staging or local environments. Document findings clearly and concisely. Write clear acceptance criteria for developers. Test developer PRs against the acceptance criteria. Explore edge cases and regressions. Sign off fixes once verified. Coordinate fixes with Backend and Frontend teams. Suggest improvements to our QA processes. Help refine test plans and scenarios. Provide input on automated tests.
