Requirements:
Passion for track & field/cross-country. At least one year of customer service experience. Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written). Natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. Sense of urgency and accountability. Strong time management skills. Proven success in remote work environments. Hands-on experience with MileSplit and/or DirectAthletics platforms (bonus).
Responsibilities:

Engage in active listening to understand customer challenges and diagnose root causes. Maintain and update customer accounts with attention to detail. Achieve and surpass agent and department performance metrics. Collaborate with supervisors on projects and tasks.
