Sr. AI Engineer

4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or related role Proven experience developing and deploying ML/AI capabilities into production Expert in Python Solid understanding of core MLOps and software architecture for modern ML-based applications Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods Experience with real-time or streaming systems (e.g., WebRTC, LiveKit, low-latency APIs, event-driven/Lambda architectures) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) Experience with LLMS, NLP, speech technologies (ASR/TTS/VAD), conversational agents, and/or reinforcement learning Familiarity with model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and A/B testing Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Develop and maintain real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents Ship low-latency, high-impact features enhancing user experience Design and optimize STS pipelines Drive core improvements to AI infrastructure (latency, stability, error handling, monitoring) Execute major projects from concept to production Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers Preprocess and analyze large multimodal datasets Implement and optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, efficiency, and cost Monitor and maintain models and systems in production Stay up-to-date with latest AI, speech, and real-time systems advancements Contribute to model fine-tuning and adaptation Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
