2-5+ years of successful media sales experience History of meeting or exceeding revenue goals Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience Established relationships across brands and media agencies Experience selling managed brand or performance media Understanding of the media landscape (programmatic buying, measurement, ad formats, channels like display, video, CTV, web, mobile) Ability to operate with ownership and initiative Clear and confident communication skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
