Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in technical support, SRE, Forward Deployed Engineer, or full-stack engineering. Strong expertise with observability and monitoring tools (DataDog, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana or similar). Solid infrastructure and DevOps knowledge (IaC, containerization, cloud-native architecture). Strong skills in AWS infrastructure, observability tools, database management, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid experience in troubleshooting distributed systems and production environments. Strong communication skills (especially in English).
Responsibilities:
Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident resolution. Design and implement comprehensive monitoring processes. Leverage AI-powered tools for automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Take ownership of complex production issues. Develop and maintain automation scripts. Propose improvements for incident response and monitoring. Bridge communication between teams and clients. Analyze recurring problems and develop strategic solutions.
