7+ years of prior work experience in Customer Success or Account Management. Significant experience in Energy Management, Sustainability, Facilities Engineering, or Commercial Real Estate preferred. Demonstrated experience in a senior or leadership capacity, including managing a team. Demonstrated experience owning a revenue or retention quota. Strong business acumen and judgment. Proven ability to negotiate and close account expansion deals. Ability to travel monthly to visit customers in person. Bachelor's degree required. Prior experience with advanced energy and/or financial spreadsheet modeling. Experience in Energy Management. CEM or similar certification preferred.
